The Artist's Desk Poster by David Hockney

£65.00

Artist: David Hockney

Thinking about cubism in the early 80's, David Hockney explored how to depict space through multiple photographic images. He named the result of his labours 'joiners' and gave stills a real shot in the arm.

Everyone can all relate to this image:  a place of work crammed with all manner of things. We love the box of large dog biscuits on the right hand side - they represent much of the humour and humanity at the heart of Hockney. It is, of course, the perfect picture to hang above your own desk.

Approximate dimensions: 62.2 x 42.5 cm

We have a number of archive joiner posters available - search 'joiner' and you'll see this varied and inspiring group. The passing of time has made them feel smarter and sharper than ever.  Consider a collection of these posters hung together, salon style, on a large expanse of wall.

This is an authorised David Hockney poster. It's an archive / vintage poster, printed in the 1980's, now collectible and in short supply. Our stock of it is sold as new. Given its age the condition is very, very good.  Please hang away from direct sunlight to prevent fading.
