Mario Chiattone, Metropoli Moderna / Modern Metropolis poster

Chiattone was, together with Antonio Saint'Elia, one of the progenitors of Futurist architecture. Their drawings for the 'modern metropolis' were among the seminal images of Italian futurism, the immersive movement that allowed for innovation in painting, photography, set design, graphic art, music, and dance.
