We always recommend placing Christmas orders as soon as you can. Our cut-off dates are below. We’ll keep fulfilling orders after these dates, but things ordered after these dates probably won’t arrive before Santa does. E.U customers please be aware that your orders may incur customs charges and taxes. Our orders are sent via a ‘Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU)’ service, therefore any charges made by Customs are paid by you, the recipient and not paid in advance by us. The charges will depend on the rules of where you live, we do not set these customs charges and we do not make any money from them.
You should be sent an email/letter from the courier in your home country, notifying you of any additional charges and how to pay them. Once paid, your goods will be released from customs and delivered to your chosen address.
If you refuse to pay them, the courier will return your order to us. We are unable to refund shipping charges in these instances (we also get charged for the parcel to be delivered back to us). The same applies to international customers outside the European Union who may be more familiar with the fact that local customs charges may apply to their deliveries. Again, any such local charges are not set by us or controlled by us in any way.
Q: How much does postage cost?
A: You will be given a price for postage during the online checkout process, but you can also use the following table as a very rough guide to the delivery pricing:

To keep postage prices as reasonable as possible we have done our best to accurately match actual postage costs with the postage price charged through our website. In some instances the price quoted and charged for postage may differ from the actual cost due to unforeseen circumstances - this is more likely just now for international postage prices which are fluctuating due to international disruption. If this happens we will contact you to discuss, as we may have to charge you an additional amount to help cover the difference. In this instance you will have the right to cancel your order.
Q: Do you deliver products internationally?
A: Yes, we do. We will happily deliver our products to most countries. If you have any questions about this, visit the contact us page and send us an email.
Q: How do I use your Local Pick Up / Reserve and Collect service?
If you have selected ‘reserve and collect’ / local pickup we’ll be in touch to tell you when your things are ready to collect and where to come and get them.
Q: How do you deliver orders?
A: We use the following methods to send out your order:
Orders up to the weight of 750g and small enough to be sent as a large letter (currently 35.3cm x 25cm x 2.5cm) - First Class (normally delivered in 1-2 working days from dispatch)
Orders over 750g and / or larger than large letter - Couriers including DHL (posters) and UKMail (requires signature on delivery)
Europe and Rest of World:
Orders up to the weight of 750g and small enough to be sent as a large letter (currently 35.3cm x 25cm x 2.5cm) - Royal Mail Airmail (normally delivered in 3-5 working days from dispatch for Western Europe and 5-10 working days for everywhere else)
Orders over 750g and / or larger than large letter - Couriers including DHL and UPS (both require signature on delivery)
Q: Why does it cost so much to send a poster / print?
A: Our unframed posters / prints are sent rolled and packed in tubes to prevent creasing. Mail services and courier companies are not keen on tubes - they like stackable things with corners that don't roll around on conveyor belts! So the postage prices for tubes have always been surprisingly high. If you order multiple posters you'll find the postage doesn't alter much because it's sending the tube that is incurring the cost; the posters themselves rarely weigh very much.
Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
With a new variety of global disruption popping up every week these days, it's hard to say. UK customers are generally getting their things pretty quickly. International parcels leave the UK on time but then get delayed by customs checks on arrival. Some EU and international parcels arrive as normal, others take weeks. We understand your frustration and believe us, we feel it too.
Please note that it will always longer for your package to arrive at busier times (including Christmas and Mother's Day) or if you live in a more remote area.
Q: I think my product(s) got lost in the post, what do I do?
A: Visit the contact us page and send us an email with your order number so that we can try and track down where your order got to. We will be in touch with you shortly afterwards to let you know what to do.
Q: I have just placed an order - when will it be shipped?
A: We attend to online orders on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings (we are always closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day). Provided the items you have purchased are in stock we will do our utmost to ensure that your order is shipped within 3-5 working days of order placement; this can increase from October through to Christmas due to sheer volume. You will be notified by email when you order shipping status changes - keep an eye on your account to see when your order is shipped.
