The Nelson Bench is made of ash - the one we have for sale is in the small size in black ash, though we can order it for you in natural ash too. Its clean linear aesthetic underlines the architectural background of the designer, George Nelson. It can be used as a bench or low table. 

  • Seat:  slatted wood in solid ash, lacquered.
  • Base:  ash, lacquered in black.
  • Applications:  not recommended for public spaces.
  • Origin of wood:  ash (Fraxinus excelsior) from Western Europe and/or Poland.
