We've produced this beautiful numbered limited edition David Hockney ashtray to celebrate Mr Hockney's exquisite 2021 iPad work, Water Lilies in the Pond with Pots of Flowers. This is an edition of 250 with 50 Artist's proofs. 

An image of extraordinary beauty, the grid pattern invites us to explore each section in deep, sensory detail. From the rain-splashed pond to the resilient, downpoured-upon flowerpots in the foreground, this is a work to get lost in. As ever, the artist has a message: look at the world – then look harder. Nature is astonishing.

This ashtray is produced entirely in England. It is hand cast so variations in surface texture are to be expected. As well as being made in Stoke on Trent, the ashtray is decorated exclusively for us there too. Each ashtray is numbered on the back and comes with a numbered slip of paper. The ashtrays are presented in a black Salts gift box, also made in Stoke and embossed with our logo in the bottom left hand corner.
