Red Square action (2012) poster by Pussy Riot

This Pussy Riot poster was produced by the Louisiana, Denmark in connection with their autumn 2023 exhibition about the feminist-activist art collective which began in Moscow in 2011 as a rebellion against the Russian regime. This is Pussy Riot's first museum show. Their non-violent actions have led to arrests, beatings, imprisonment, poisoning, surveillance and house arrest.
