TechnIQ The Modern Skillet - 26cm - by Scanpan

This indispensable Modern Skillet from Scanpan's TechnIQ range is far from a conventional frying pan! The low, slanted sides give plenty of space to gently turn your food - a great advantage for fish and other delicate ingredients - whilst the flared sides help food slide out easily from the pan, as well as producing a nice sear since the pan stays dry by quickly leading away steam. The extra-long handle is well balanced to facilitate ease in keeping the pan in motion while stirring.

The Modern Skillet is oven safe up to 260°C, and comes with Stratanium+ professional grade nonstick coating - a commercial grade nonstick coating (created especially for the TechnIQ collection) that combines strength and durability with exceptional release and searing whilst maintaining an easy to clean finish.
