Christmas 2024 – Last Order Dates

As usual, the delivery network is going to be very busy over the Christmas period and we want to ensure that you receive your orders in time for December 25th.

Please see our last order dates below and allow yourself plenty of time to choose, order, wrap and give your presents in a calm and enjoyable fashion (rather than the usual rummage in your local corner shop for last minute presents - tin of ravioli, anyone?!?).

Rest of World 
Please place any ROW orders required for Christmas delivery by noon (12 midday UK time) on Tuesday 3rd December.

Europe
All European orders required for Christmas delivery will need to be placed by noon (12 midday) on Wednesday 4th December. Please note, EU orders may now incur customs and import taxes that will be payable in your home country. These post-Brexit charges are not controlled by us and we do not profit from them. 

If you're ordering things to be sent outside the UK, please bear in mind that delays at customs in your home country may mean that your goods take longer to reach you.

UK
All UK orders required for Christmas delivery should be placed by noon (12 midday) on Wednesday 18th December. 

We will always do our best to try and get your orders to you as soon as possible. We're afraid we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas, but we will ensure that we dispatch your parcels before the last posting dates.

Last orders for Reserve and Collect 
Please place any orders by noon (12 midday) on Christmas Eve (Tuesday 24th December). You then have until 3pm on Christmas Eve to come and collect your order from the Mill – we will be closing at 4pm. The same applies to any Reserve and Collect orders placed on New Year’s Eve.
