The "Dots Red" Retractable Pen, a design by Charles & Ray Eames, comes from ACME Studios Brand X collection.
It was first released in August 2009 and the edition finished in September 2018, making all remaining stock part of the ACME archives and hence very collectible.
The pen comes equipped with one black ballpoint refill, the artist's signature is stamped on the cap band and "ACME" is on the clip.
The pen comes presented in an ACME metal box.
