This poster shows a view of Unger's Messe Torhaus or 'gatehouse,' a landmark high-rise 80s building in Frankfurt. 

Ungers (1926-2007) was one of the key architects of the second half of the twentieth century,, and is remembered as one of the most important architects involved in the reconstruction of Berlin, pursuing a vision of city planning which began with Joseph Kleihues in the eighties and was continued by Hans Stimmann after the fall of the Berlin Wall.
