The monochrome "Halftone" Standard Roller Ball Pen, a design by Todd Falkowsky, comes from ACME Studio's Standard Roller Ball Pens. Originally released in January 2007, the edition ended in March 2015 making this pen highly collectible.

The artist's signature is engraved on the cap band and "ACME" is on the clip. The pen is presented in a ACME metal box with a black sleeve, ACME literature and with one black roller ball refill.

About Todd Falkowsky:

TODD FALKOWSKY grew up in Canada – After university he chased a career in rally car racing – A year later he was left badly injured and dreaming of a softer career – The next step was enrollment into Canada’s premier Industrial Design program at Emily Carr Institute of Art & Design in Vancouver - After three years he moved to Holland to complete an architecture degree - In Holland he started the skateboard company Rues Skateboarden and had his first design go into light production (a chair for Spin Industries) - In his grad year, he went to New York to work at Karim Rashid Inc. – Then moved to Milan, pursuing post graduate studies at the Domus academy (including projects for Andrea Branzi, Microsoft and Ikea) – In Italy, he worked as a senior designer at Jerszy Seymour Design Inc. in Milan – His work is in collections in Holland and in private collections in the USA, Italy, UK and Canada. Todd has recently relocated to Toronto, Canada and is also a Professor at OCAD.
