Hugely important and entirely magnificent, Emin (b. 1963) is known for her personal artistic expression. Emin's own experiences, feelings, and memories form the basis of her works. Throughout her career, she has achieved international recognition and is today considered one of the most prominent contemporary artists. Artistically and culturally, it's hard to overstate how much her art matters.
