Farfalla, meaning "butterfly" in Italian, showcases a substantial structure that elevates the act of cracking nuts while keeping it simple and elegantly essential. It reflects the design principles of the renowned Italian designer Enzo Mari, who prioritised simple and functional designs. The Farfalla Nutcracker was designed by Mari in the late 1990s but wasn't brought to fruition until 2021 - almost three decades later.
